Besos

Good morning!

As I promised in my Instagram account (@Sweet_Bewitched) here's the Second recipe of Happiness, Almond Cake Raspberry, taken from the new  Elle magazine Gourmet, which I'm in love with!!

It is a cake that can be taken for breakfasts and snacks. It´s also a good idea to serve it with vanilla ice cream, yummy!
It's really easy and it´s great, maybe because I love raspberries! As all recipes, you can make changes, and instead of raspberries, include blackberries or even red fruits ... you´r free to make changes!

Preparation time: 1 hour aprox.
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients for 6 people:

- 3 eggs
- 150 g. sugar
- 150 g. pastry flour
- 80 g. cornflour
- 1 packet of yeast
- 80 g. almond powder
- 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla essence
- 100 ml of milk
- 150 g. butter
- 2 cups of raspberries

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 º C.
2. In a bowl, we beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the ground almonds, vanilla, milk and butter, and mix. In another bowl, pour the flour, cornflour and baking powder.
3. Mix the flour mixture, cornstarch and baking powder in the bowl where we had previously mixed the remaining ingredients.
4. Pour half of the mixture into a mold which has been previously spread with butter and slightly floured, and add carefully some raspberries. Finally pour the remaining mixture.
5. Place the mold in the oven for about 40 minutes or until we  insert a knife in the center and comes out clean.

When cool, serve it!!

Kisses
